We had a lovely time in Madeira and want to thank you and the staff of the Hotel for your kindness looking after us again. I particularly wanted to thank the Maitre d'Hotel (whose name I cannot remember), and also Elisabeth in the Bacchus restaurant as they made our stay especially memorable. The food is truly very fine indeed. We will return to you again in the near future, a truly wonderful holiday - again. Our stay with you lived up to our hopes and aspirations. Thank you.
